Pros
No fixed schedule, you can start and finish your work whenever you want during the day (as long as there's work), or take a day off if you feel unwell; You work from home or other convenient place of choice, so you can have a great work-life balance; You can take as much work as you want, and you will get paid accordingly; You get paid depending on your "Level", AKA, the quality of work you're doing, the higher the "Level", the better rate per minute of a completed task you get; On-time monthly payments (usually on the 1st day of new month); You get notifications every day about the updates for the day (like new tasks today will be coming from...) etc., so that you know when you can start; Management is constantly getting feedback in terms of the working process to improve it; Great communication overall (via Slack).
Cons
Your work can be rejected by other, sometimes, not that qualified transcribers (but you can sort it out with the management).
