Pros

Workload is reasonable, easy to pass the interview since they will help you get hired by their international client.

Cons

A little bit too strict about the use of their leaves. Especially sick leaves and use of vacation leaves especially around the holidays. They will not let you use it so easy. Be prepared to defend it with your life.

We understand your concerns regarding leave policies, especially around the holiday season. It’s worth mentioning that it is very seldom for us to disapprove leave applications. During the busy holidays, we provide paid time off where everyone can enjoy without having to use their leave credits. However, because many team members request further leaves during the same period, we adhere to a first-come, first-served basis and unable to grant every request without impacting our operations. Please know that your wellness is a top priority so we continually strive to find the best balance between supporting our team's personal needs and meeting our business goals. Okay experience. Good Benefits, Bad Management

Good Company outings, Fruits day. HMO - no dependent Sunlife - Salary Deduction

Cons

Bad Management. Can't take sick leave even if you're really sick. Will still ask you to come to the office. Leaves are always questioned and sometimes not approved even if you have credits. Management has no trust in their people. Internal promotion is not really good. No salary raise ( regularization raise only caps at 500 pesos per month, some gets less.) 60 days rendering when you resign.

At the same time, we would like to take this opportunity to address some of the concerns you mentioned above. Life insurance coverage - There is no salary deduction and it has always been fully covered by our company to give employees peace of mind should an unforeseen event occur. HMO - Our healthcard benefits now include a free dependent that is entirely covered by the company. Internal promotion - Transec has always been an advocate of providing continuous growth and professional development to our team. As a result, 80% of our people in management came from internal promotion. When a higher position is available, we process those who expressed interest to give fair chance to everyone. However, as much as we would like to give opportunities to all, we're able to give the promotion to those who have demonstrated an overall stellar performance and it's also based on the headcount needed. Leaves - It's industry practice in BPO companies to gather basic information when a leave is filed, including its reason. Transec follows the same process. In most cases, we are very flexible with leaves and approve them without hesitation. However, there are some instances when a leave might be declined due to invalid reasons. Salary increase - We're proud to be one of the BPOs that has a good track record for providing standardized salary increases based on performance reviews. The cap mentioned in the review is not an accurate reflection of our increase as we apply a range of percentages of the current salary based on industry standards and not a fixed amount. 60 days render - When a new employee joins our company, the contract they have reviewed and signed already indicates the rendering period. Some positions only need 30 while others are up to 60 days. This is based on what we feel is necessary for their role to minimize operational disruptions and find a suitable replacement in the event they decide to explore other career opportunities.
