      Assigned to one truck, but faced many issues

      Assigned to one truck, no slip seat

      Cons

      Consistently have mechanical issues with trucks, poor communication from management, inconsistent schedule, underpaid, forced to move by hand, pallets of rock, barely able to move.

      Steady work once you're full-time. Union PTO Overtime

      Cons

      Like other union jobs, you get paid the same, whether you move 3 trailers/ hour or 18. Many unkempt promises. Severe lack of communication.
