      Potentially Good Organisation, But Let Down by Manager Attitude

      Good people that work there (for the most part), nice startup feeling, dynamic, potential bonuses on offer, pay reasonable

      Cons

      Management don’t seem to care about people’s wellbeing, favouritism, all the eggs in one basket from a client point of view, a degree of arrogance relating to other consultancies, lack of perks

      Sold the dream. Turned out to be a disaster.

      Pros

      Great team of experienced and knowledgeable consultants. Great bonus scheme if it comes to fruition.

      Cons

      Command and control leadership behaviours the norm. Low autonomy. Very low base salary compared to other boutique consultancies. Work is not varied or interesting. You spend more time creating slides than anything else. Leadership seem to believe MS cookies will help the broken culture.
