- Company has limited capacity for professional development for clinicians. If you are an LMSW and LGPC looking to advance your licensure, you may not get the supervision hours/support in-house. They may tell you otherwise in the interview but their resources are stretched - Unprofessional, inexperienced, and unqualified management - Minimal communication from upper management - Profit-oriented environment as evident by how the IOP SUD program is run and the focus on productivity
