      Pros

      It is a fantastic facility. We make a difference in the lives of people suffering with mental health and addiction. The staff is not just your coworkers they are your family...that includes management!!! No toxic work BS! Just an amazing team that love what we do!!!!!

      Cons

      There really aren't any cons for me! It's a great job with great people and when you have a bad day or you're dealing with lifes hurdles you have a team that genuinely cares and supports eachother!
