Pros

Coworkers are knowledgeable and friendly. The benefits and vacation time are good. The company is small so you can learn about different departments functions.

Cons

The turnover was high. Management hires people with expertise but doesn't follow the recommendations of those people and tries to micromanage everything.

Pros

This company allowed me to gain experience, grow as an engineer and travel to different places. I value my time here, but It can be sometimes difficult to adapt to the procedures and the director personality.

Cons

The company works with a small company mind, so there's not much room to grow but you will be exposed to other fields as you're needed.
