Pros

One of the main advantages of working here is the teamwork and culture. I've never felt so welcomed on a job. - The salary and perks are excellent. You get a budget to learn and develop yourself and unlimited PTO. The fact that it is a first-remote company makes it easier to work with. - Transifex's product is excellent. You work with high-class customers and A-team members.

Cons

-For me, there haven't been any downsides so far.

Pros

Transifex has an established business from years of work on our TMS for localization, but is also leading the industry in innovation for use of AI. It's exciting to get to work somewhere with this continuous innovation. The team is large enough that you're not on your own, but also small enough that you can have a real impact. It's a remote first company and I like working from home, getting to skip the commute. The culture is also great with some of the most supportive, helpful coworkers I've ever had.

Cons

Almost all regular company communication is done over Slack. It can be a great tool for a remote first company, but with so many messages on so many channels, it can be challenging to go back and find information after you initially have read it.
