Extremely toxic leadership

Pros

Remote work. With the exception of the owner, the people - many of whom have unfortunately left due to contract changes, redundancy, constructive dismissal and/or toxic leadership

Cons

The owner. He routinely shouts and yells at employees on calls, insults them and their work in group emails, makes disturbing comments (including rape analogies) and bullies people. While he is well-versed in marketing technology, his understanding of advertising and running a creative advertising agency is extremely limited and outdated. Instead of accepting help from those who have experience, he turns on anyone who exposes his lack of knowledge and bullies them into resigning. Last year, over 70 people resigned and many clients jumped ship due to his behaviour. He'll blame anyone but himself for this. He is a fraud. If you value being treated with respect and feeling valued, then avoid working here. I honestly have anxiety and PTSD from working here

Talent Ruthlessly Driven Away

Pros

- Prior to the targeted and venemous bullying campaign orchestrated by the CEO, Transiris was a great place to work

Cons

- A true Trumpian parody, Transiris is a perfect example of good people driven away by bad management. The CEO is an arrogant, misogynistic, angry little figure who has almost single-handedly turned an agency that once attracted some of the top talent in Scotland into a echoing shell of itself, surgically removing the dedicated and experienced management who gave the company its sagging award shelf. With a decimated and disillusioned workforce, forced by a changed contract to work disagreeable hours, Transiris' legacy will be as a cautionary tale for other companies with offices in Scotland.

Transiris lacks clear vision

Pros

The only pro is working remotely as it means you're not physically subjected to the awful way management treats you - but you will still have to deal with this via incessant late-night calls.

Cons

Lack of true management - lack of team spirit - lack of clients - lack of professionalism - lack of company transparency - very high staff turnover - nanoscopic micromanagement
