Pros are that you are given multiple duties which sometimes arent in your job description...this is a good thing because you learn so much.

Cons

Long work hours, not enough pay, barely get a lunch break, high turnover, and they put fear in you so that you will fight tooth and nail to keep your job. IF YOU ARE LOOKING TO ADVANCE FURTHER IN YOUR CAREER DONT COME HERE. The comment below was Probably written by one of the people who kissed someone's tail to get into a leadership position! So please dont be fooled! Dont come here
