      There are some nice people who work at the Indianapolis office, nice office space

      Cons

      Way outdated technology that is in poor condition, leadership style is a dictatorship, micromanagement is a huge problem, unorganized and chaotic work environment, high turn over, so so benefits.

      Lots of options to make additional money by picking up visits/shifts.

      Cons

      The executive team is horrible and implement changes that never work because they never learn from their mistakes. The CEO is arrogant and rather watch his loyal employees struggle to keep his company afloat than do what’s right by them. Huge on playing favoritism.

      We had a great team locally

      micromanage, verbal abusive, unrealistic expectations, bounced payroll checks, doesn't pay room and board then wonders why we weren't growing
