Nonclinical side is great

Pros

Flexible with time. No micromanaging, upper management trusts that you can do your job. I think most of the negative reviews are from the clinical side. As most CROs we’ve been affected by funding issues for clients leading to less work and this has been seen primarily on the clinical side leading to layoffs.

Cons

Layoffs and revenue issues from the clinical side of the company affect raises and promotions on the nonclinical side.
