Pros
This company offers great options when it comes to working form home. Great flexibility and good hours. By getting your job done you earn trust of the management and the company. I been here for 3 years and the company is growing and working on some exciting proejcts
Cons
With small growing company you end working long hours, this is not bad as most of the time you are working from home and cutting the travel time. You also need to be multi-talented and self starter, there are days where you will be asked to do jobs that are out side your skill set
