Pros
Well funded organisation with some large banking customers landed in the USA. Very capable dev/product team out of Israel with some strong credentials in the cybersecurity space - lots of good security talent coming from founders' previous companies.
Cons
All is not as it appears - the company is in a transitory stage, trying to push into a new market of CIAM from their previous core competency in orchestration. Lots of turbulence and shakeups and mass layoffs at times. Pressure mounting to deliver results following the massive series A round they had leading to some unnatural behaviour. The product/company strategy hasn't quite taken water, and the screws are tightened on the individual contributors who are micromanaged very heavily. Founders are extreme personalities to say the least and employees tread carefully so not to get caught in the crossfire for "asking the wrong questions"
