Pros

The benefits were good but expensive.

Cons

This was a toxic work environment. Expectations and guidelines were never fully set. This is owned by a very zealous family that requires prayer before meetings.

Pros

Work environment, compensation, benefits package is outstanding, company pays benefit premiums for employee and family, work-space is great Everyone is down to earth and this is a great place to work. Company supports their employees goals and the work-life balance is tremendous. No one micromanages here! Employees are professional and business is taken care of Company is great at training and keeping everyone in the know

Cons

I have no complaints with the company or management, true professionals at TFI

Pros

Interesting and challenging import trading company. Relaxed office environment with good benefits in the heart of the Irvine business district. Great opportunity to learn international import business--if you are willing to learn. This is a "hands on" workplace.

Cons

Not for everybody. Many people try to succeed but do not understand the dynamics of the business. Not for Corporate Cookie Cutter types with limited vision and exaggerated skill sets. Silos do not perform well here.
