Pros

My experience with them started off smoothly back when they operated as a Freelance Staffing Agency. Their hourly rates were more competitive than most agencies, payments were made weekly, and often even a day ahead of schedule.

Cons

After transitioning into a BPO setup, the pay rate dropped by about 40% as compensation shifted from an hourly USD rate to a fixed monthly salary in pesos. Unfortunately, this change also led to the departure of the great culture and management team that once defined the company. Those who stayed were left under leadership that appeared inexperienced in their respective departments. Office politics and abuse of power soon became widespread, with career growth hinging more on connections than on dedication. Sadly, the company was unable to sustain the strong foundation it had built at the start.
