Pros
After almost 6 years in Transped I can say whole heartedly this is a really good company. Transped has a good heart at its center, for sure there are a lot of problems but aren’t there also in other companies? The people are what makes this company, a strong feeling of team spirit is growing again and I believe that the company will return to its former glory soon! Would be good for someone with ambition and motivation to improve an already well established business. Very friendly and caring HR team, you can always talk openly and honestly with them - 5* for HR!
Cons
A lot of changes in the last year have led to some uncertainty in some employees. However, people fail to see that these changes are necessary to grow. Change is a good thing.
