      It could be a good place to gain experience.

      Cons

      In IT your are on Salary and expected to put in extra time including Overtime and On Call with out getting paid extra. Assisted in a company move and was required to work OT 12 hours on a single weekend and was not compensated extra. WFH was common but when they moved to a new Office they now expect everyone to come in everyday. Lost the flexibility.

      zero. this place is literal hell. avoid it at all costs.

      Cons

      TII (Bridgeway) is an absolute joke of a company. nobody has a clue what they are doing in any department. managers expect you to work long hours and have NO life outside of work. there is ZERO work life balance. it is ran by privileged rich men and all they care about is what's in their pocket. the CEO is clueless about the toxic work culture. the CFO is flying by the seat of his pants trying to play catch up on everything while making enemies along the way. you will not be treated with an ounce of respect here. do not work here.

      Poor company culture Long hours are the expectation Poor benefits/401k match Promotions appear to be based on favoritism, not performance Lack of management Executive team is either unaware or chooses to ignore the outdated culture No remote work High turnover rate Open office concept can be quite distracting
