      Pros

      Small consultancy with diverse range of projects in countries with data scarcity. You will learn a lot about transport data, modelling, wayfinding, and some policy areas like electrification, and you will get to work on projects that in theory have a high social value. Small headcount means you can easily get your voice across. They also encourage and fund upskilling

      Cons

      Size of the company somewhat limits potential for growth, but this depends on what you want to specialise in

      Pros

      They will give you the space and resources needed to grow/try out your vision or simply experiment. And the caliber of people you will get to work alongside will elevate your professional and interpersonal standards .

      Cons

      Boutique consultancy. Pro for some. Was a con for me. It's not a hyper scaler. Extremely stable but no "scale" in terms of clients/shareholders/headcount.
