Pros

Government benefits (pension and PTO)

Cons

Everything else. Office culture is strained and there is no effort to build relationships or have an enjoyable environment at the executive level.

Average company that pays temp employees more than current ones

Pros

Every other Friday off, and interesting coworkers.

Cons

Company has no problem paying temp agencies $55-75/hr for employees, but employees hired on are paid less than TCA were billed for. For example an IT consultant was being paid $35 hr, but Robert half was billing $74.99. When brought on board TCA offered $40. Spoke to over people and their experiences were similar, and it’s clear TCA chooses to pay temp agencies more than their current employees.
