      Working at TI is amazing. They have a great and competitive sales environment, in which everyone loves helping each other out to be their best selves.

      Pros

      Variety of work, great teammates and the ability to get the job done without being micromanaged.

      Cons

      Company pulling in many remote workers back to office but some are allowed to stay remote, even some in the same positions. How does it make sense to hire two people for the same position but only allow one to be remote because they are in a city where we don't have an office? Illogical. Reducing benefits available to employees and quarterly perks. Introduced new PTO plan that increases days off for some but eliminates all PTO Rollover. Some will see PTO days reduced. Director and above were given unlimited PTO but not anyone else. The workers do not matter...
