Pros

No drug test, hot girls and they hire pretty much anyone. You also bond with your co-workers over the misery that management puts you through.

Cons

This place had a lot of issues and I hope they changed most of their policies. No lunch breaks, 55 hour work weeks, getting screamed at for things out of your control. While a 35K base plus commission sounds great it is in fact not. While I was there 3 out of the 30 reps were actually getting commission and it was nothing worth bragging about. I was a top 3rd performer in the company and would still get my job threatened. Work weeks were at least 55 hours a weeks so after it was all said and done one is making minimum wage.

Pros

TSG is a great place to call home. This company knows how to bring the best out of their employees and reward them for their hard work. TSG knows how to make the work environment fun but can also kick it into work mode and get tasks done. The sky is the limit at TSG and if you prove that you are a hard-working employee you will be able to rise the ranks.

Cons

The hours and stress sometimes can be rough but that is every job. I cannot think of a con for TSG. If you show up to work and do your job there is nothing to complain about.

Not sure if this is a pro but once you quit or get fired, every job after, will seem like your dream job. I work at a real brokerage now and couldn't be happier.

Cons

They have no value for their employees, I saw at least three people a month quit or get fired. If you make a mistake, chances are you will end up in the conference room getting yelled at by multiple managers. Never knew what micro management was until I worked here . Management runs this company like a frat house, ridiculing and yelling at most employees. You will never get a lunch break and vacation days are available but rarely taken. 10-11 hour days with no extra compensation, believe me when I say this place is a nightmare! all positive reviews are from managers telling current employees to write them. This company preys on recently graduated college students, knowing they will work them till they quit or get fired.

You'll be happy to know that over the last two years, we have increased our paid-time-off benefit, invested in employee and management training, increased the entry-level base pay and shortened the work day for our Carrier Sales team.
