      Pros

      Great company to work for! They treat employees like family. Excellent management who show a lot of respect for employees. Willing to let employees set their own hours (within reason). Provide employees with a lot of training and growth opportunities. If you work hard, you will be rewarded. They really focus on training their workforce and promoting from within. Excellent co-workers and positive company culture.

      Cons

      Workload can be stressful at times, which is a byproduct of the insurance industry.

      Company seems to be very small and everyone knows everyone.

      Cons

      Owners children and family are all the highest paid positions and if your in a position once of their fam wants you can say goodbye to a job.

      Pros

      I have been here for 8 months and have seen the company grow a lot since I have started. This is a company with a strong foundation and an even stronger future. The best thing about Transtar is that they operate centered on a philosophy of innovation, continually striving to be different. It feels more like a tech-friendly campus than a stale office environment. They truly make things fun, offer unique perks, and are one-of-a-kind in the insurance game. Proud to work here!

      Not really any cons to working here. Everyone is pretty happy to be a part of the team.
