Pros

I can't think of one pro

Cons

The owners only care about profits and not their employees. Their workplace is horrible and oftentimes employees are overworked and underpaid for their hours because they aren't allowed overtime but they still have to finish their work. Management and team leads are horrible. Constant conflict between leads which then spreads to the people below them. They believe employees can be replaced rather than paying more to keep good employees

Pros

The ability to make your own schedule.

Cons

The amount t of charting is ridiculous. They expect you to be responsible for the billing and coding. You take so much work home, and the owner will deduct your hours and not pay you for the time you actually worked.
