      good working hours, nice location

      Very unprofessional. These people write anything on the offer letter and then shift you to the other department at the time of joining also the manager says "offer letter has no value we can write anything on it" . Hr people at the time of the induction they are not even sure what are they talking about nor they are confident. Company pays less and there are no ethics.

      Poor company with no transparency, ethics, or strong governance. If you want to work in a place where you are consistently devalued this is the place. The only way to move up this company is to make your superior feel like they are the most important people in the world. One key attributes HR overtly look for in the new recruit is a strong lack of ambition. They want the individual with no ambitions who won't leave the company and will put up with anything. Therefore most of the employee who is there are unhappy and demotivated but lack the ambition to leave. Also, all the allocates you see on the wall are bought for...
