Best people to work! The culture at Trase Miller is best described as fun, quirky, creative, and often. Its is a call center so we like to play as much as we work!
Cons
Can't think of any cons. Trase is definitely where "the grass is greener".

Pros
Lots of educational opportunities (destination trainings are my favorite), competitive sales, insentives, opportunity to travel, Benefits package, upper management and L&D always involved, Support teams on standby, and consistently giving awards to those who stand out.
Cons
With all the new updates and changes, including new equipment, I don't have anything to complain about. They hire good people with wonderful back rounds and even put together clubs to keep employees involved with connecting with the company as well as community events
