They didn't have a good management system. No weekly meetings were conducted to know the hardships team mates are facing. Colleagues are not that helpful. You have to take your superior's workload but if you ask for help with your workload, help won't be offered. You've to struggle on your own. No enough people are hired during busy periods. Many difficulties you face don't have a solution there. Because they ask you to adjust to it rather than finding a solution to problems. Too much stress as you are bombarded with the workload of 2 people. No great social life! Crisis management is zero. Very strict in timings and sick offs. You are forced to take sick offs when your annual leave request is declined by manager. Expects to come to office well before 9 a.m. and questions you even if you are late by 5-10minutes. Expects to stayback and make up for the time lost by coming late which was funny( like school days!). Another thing is the office is very small and open. There is not even a small place which is semi closed and gives you some privacy. Always there will be people sitting around you it was kind of uncomfortable when you are especially having a bad day and want to stay away for a while
