The product is constantly broken, and have multiple times where there are company wide outages.
There aren't any AE's on this team that are remotely close to hitting quota.
AE's are struggling for deals, the Sales leaders are giving out free closed won deals to the same few AE's, not sharing with the rest of the team.
Leaders here ask for advice, then tell the team to implement the change we are looking for. Also the amount of time our 'leaders' are out for weeks at a time on vacation is eye opening.
There is no structure here.
