- There is some strong technical talent here, and much can be learned from them - Was at one point, possibly still is willing to give junior developers a chance to develop - At one point had a strong engineering culture and morale - Runs a modern Elixir and React stack

Cons

- Engineering is pushed at an extremely rapid pace, but the rest of the company may not do their part for engineering efforts to bear fruit. - As a result of this pace, code quality suffers - Some executive roles have been a revolving door

treats you well management isnt micromanaging pay is more decent than most senior level jobs at other companies benefits are nice

team let me know the biggest reason people dont stay long is pay and i couldnt get a definitive answer of how yearly raises work
