      Fun Place to Work

      Pros

      TravelSmith was a fun place to work, surrounded by all things travel from men's and women's clothing to travel accessories, shoes and bags. Fun, hard working people, casual environment.

      Cons

      It depends on which department you were in. Some folks were worked to the bone, last minute changes, decisions forced unexpected late hours that could have been prevented with a little more thought.

      Unique position in fashion industry gives it opportunity for distinctive approach and opportunity for creativity. Good people, friendly to work with.

      Cons

      Customer service used to be a top priority but has fallen short. Management can be variable, depending on parent company direction at the time and short-term goals make it an uncertain environment without much stability.
