      Pros

      Convenient Location close to metro Good equipment They are not afraid to lay off people.

      Cons

      Getting assimilated to the environment and the team was left up to me for some reason. The managers are super pushy and you are expected to work 8 hours, so no breaks to eat or any of the sort. No communication whatsoever. They hold monthly meeting where each team basically blames other teams. (this could be a con since it was entertaining) This is the general culture of the company, if you can blame someone else, it's not your fault, you did well.

      young workforce vision innovation flexible work set up growth and challenging projects to work on

      Cons

      The company is scaling and there are internal changes however everyone is doing their best to accomodate those changes. It's very normal when a company is scaling this much afterall :)
