Owner has severe founder’s syndrome, will not relent on hyper-fixating on inconsequential tasks. Most of the other staff is fine, but the owner makes it a nightmare to work there. Constant meetings about things that don’t matter. She clearly doesn’t know how to run a company, and wouldn’t be if she didn’t have the connections she did.
