The schedule's have been flexible in the past.

Cons

The schedules are no longer flexible. There is no opportunity for growth. The company does not promote from within. There is no open door policy. Employees are over worked and under paid, I know that these is an industry standard, however, a simple thank you could go along way.

Highly energized team culture encourages interaction, growth from brainstorming ideas, respect for value that each team member brings to TravelTab from all departments and positions. Benefits are great to include company paid Short Term, Long Term disability, company pays 99% of a UHC offered health plan, excellent 401k match @ 6mo with no waiting for 5yrs of service, holidays, PTO, and even a special paid day off just to focus on Self-Reflection!

Cons

Company is growing at a very fast pace and not all team members will be ready or desire to work at this pace and may determine this is not the right time for their career resulting in a loss of talent.
