Discouraging office, dated technologies, outsourcing work, decisions informed by preference not data, no sick pay!

Good commission if you actually manage to hit the ridiculously high targets.

Cons

Very sly company, targets unrealistic, really high staff turnover, higher up managers are bullies. They have just made lots of employees redundant and will probably go bust soon.
