Pros
Flexibility, Independency, the direct management was good and tried to do their best
Cons
The resources for my department were very little, they didn't provide enough marketing support and expect a lot of sales from the hotels, the technical support for the remote office was inconsisten, we didn't have enough tools to help us be more efficient, the budget to invest in hotel acquisition department was very low.

Pros
It is a good learning experience. One gets to handle various areas in accounting and gets a good understanding of the back office system.
Cons
There is no fixed working hours, starting from 8.30 om in the morning till 8.00 or 9.00pm in the evening.
