Pros

No pros for this company

Cons

- During my interview the owner discussed plans to sack a girl in Canada and went into detail regarding the reasons why. Extremely unprofessional. - Lied to me about opportunities - Poor communication. They do not read what they have written. Almost in another language at times. - Mislead me by creating a meeting about increasing my days from 2 to 5. Lots of discussions. Then made me redundant in that very meeting. - Toxic culture - Went into administration a week before I joined in November 2025

Pros

You get to visit San Diego. Sabre works pretty fast.

Cons

They don't have direct deposit. You have to wait until Tuesday to receive your paycheck. The atmosphere is clicked up, They like to double/triple team. A lot of tattling. They provide very little training on booking groups, then when you make an error its an issue. The hire fire. If they are looking for a new agent, more than likely someone will be fired. Management is rude and nasty. I could go on an on.
