The people there were great, relatively well structured work environment
Cons
They pay, and the number of days off. Only 5 days off a year, with the addition of adding only one day a month if you didn't use it. But considering we were off most Fridays (without pay), those days went by real quickly.
Night shift is hired as full-time but you don't get over 32-36 hours for minimal pay. Night supervisor yells at workers and puts his hands on them. And that is only when he can be found.
Family oriented and mostly clean work area's for a meat plant.
Cons
Mostly work 4 days a week. Everyone gets the same raises so you feel very under appreciated for the work you do. They treat new employees better than the ones who have been there years.
