There is a lot of room for cross-training. Work schedule is great, hours are nice. Benefits are good.

Cons

It has been an up and down rollercoaster with management. Hopefully the company will have a better turnaround.

Some of the managers are shady characters who do drugs and have been to prison. I would not recommend unless you like working in a sweatshop
