CEO is out of touch with the industry. He doesn't understand the market, and even the pricing is nearly identical to many name brand new tires. There is no competitive advantage at all in the market. The plant where they manufacture is disgusting, and is only cleaned 1-2 days a week. There is no training in the facility, and during my tenure I saw brand new employees operating heavy machinery on a daily basis. They were just sticking random people on the most difficult stations and hoping for the best. There are zero safety precautions in the facility and the managers are too pressured to worry about safety.
