Unfortunately, my experience with the company was disappointing. The HR team seemed inexperienced and instead of fostering a positive work environment, they often contributed to distrust, tension, and unnecessary drama across teams and toxic environment. Management lacked a clear strategy and communication was often poor, which created confusion and uncertainty across the organization. During the last few years there were also frequent layoffs, making it difficult to feel any sense of stability or long-term direction. Leadership was largely absent. Many of the managers appeared disconnected from their teams and did not have a good understanding of employees' roles, responsibilities, or contributions. As a result, people often felt undervalued and overlooked. The company also struggled to build a meaningful culture or uphold clear values. Employee treatment and people management were inconsistent, which negatively affected morale and trust throughout the organization.
