I've been at Treatspace since 2016, and it's been an incredible journey. The work we do is genuinely impactful and meaningful. The teams are full of smart, driven individuals who are always ready to support one another and push the envelope. The workplace culture at Treatspace is supportive and inclusive, fostering teamwork and mutual respect among colleagues. If you're looking for a place where your work means something and where you can grow, Treatspace is the place to be.
Cons
The work can sometimes be very fast-paced, so there will be a steep learning curve for new employees. Definitely challenging and could cause occasional stress, but you always have supportive teams and empathetic leadership to help you through it. Also, as with any start up that continues to scale, there are moments where resources feel pretty stretched out. More team members in key areas could help alleviate workload pressures and enhance productivity.
