Pros
The work is relatively easy and the job duties are pretty simple. Benefits are decent There's always something going on, like a BBQ, or donuts, candy in the break room.
Cons
I feel like the company is built around salaried people and ignores the needs of those paid hourly. Some of the senior people who worked there were very rude. Be it intentional or unintentional it still shouldn't be accepted. There are people who have worked there for a very long time and they tend to get very impatient with newer people. Management doesn't recognize hard work, they seem to be the cause of their own problems and pass the blame onto the team. I saw a lot of "that's not my job" used as an excuse if you need help with something. If the person who does have "that job" is absent you're out of luck for the day. Completely overworked and you're expected to hit near impossible deadlines. They were understaffed, they knew they were understaffed and made no effort to correct it.
