CEO calls all the shots and makes each and every miniscule decision. No forecasting or pre planning with each and every project. COMMUNICATION IS NEARLY NON EXISTANT. They are a reactionary business, with no thought as to how the staff are effected by quick decisions. Pivot and Adapt should not be a "fun" term that you've coined to cover for your poor planning and mistakes.

The owner is overly focused on opening new locations and getting views on his Youtube page. Management is ineffective, often promoted with little regard for competency. Upward mobility only if you're a "yes-man". Bad communication. Product quality has dropped markedly over the years. Tree House uses their image/reputation to find workers who are passionate about the company and thrilled to work for them, then exploits their enthusiasm.
