Pros

Great people to work with, everyone is nice and friendly. People care about trees and people, awesome mission to support.

Cons

Unfortunately, the salary and raises were pretty low. Didn't seem competitive with other non-profits. Didn't seem sustainable with current living expenses increasing due to inflation.
