      The organization's purpose to help the environment with their programs of planting trees, educating communities and high schoolers was very inspiring!

      I wanted to continue growing in my position but there was no other opportunities for me to go after so I had to move on to continue with my professional growth.

      All of the fantastic staff. All of our participants.

      Cons

      This can be challenging work. Our program staff care a lot for our participants and not every story is a success story. Our Landscape Services staff, Forestry staff, and Career Pathways trainers and crew leaders work outside, sometimes in the rain or heat or snow. It's not something everyone can do and it is in no way your typical job. It takes a very unique person to embrace this work, but it can be very rewarding.
