-boss plays favorites and gives free products and prizes to them (will also give them as much sick time as they need and will retaliate against you by scheduling you less days if you need sick time) - boss has had many complaints made against her for how she talks to employees, nothing happens - boss micromanages and belittles you in even the simplest of conversations
