      Exposure to diverse startup clients and real business challenges. Leadership is approachable and open to ideas. Fast-paced environment that encourages ownership and accountability.       Processes are still evolving as the company grows. Sometimes tight timelines require quick turnarounds.

      Pros

      - decent work-life balance - rarely have to work late or weekends - no formal clothes - good place to start out and get hands on experience

      Cons

      - all 5 days at office in BKC - no wfh except in special circumstances - ⁠office space is ok not great - too much employee churn, people seem not happy - not enough team strength for the work - salary numbers not competitive, very less bonus compared to other professional firms
