Working with kiddos is nice and rewarding. If you love being overworked and overlooked and underpaid this is for you :)

Cons

Worst job you will ever work. All the employees want to quit and are searching for new jobs. Lack of support. Poor training. Staff overwhelmed. Lack of leadership. Management is unprofessional. There is no BCBA. They tell you to "block and ignore" all behaviors... stay clear of this place ! I feel bad for the parents that send their children here. Teachers do not teach anything but watching YouTube

If you have kids and manage to work your way up, you can come into work and leave whenever you want. One of the higher ups doesn't even have a five day work week. PERKS. .........if you're not a supervisor and/or don't have kids: you have the option to make friends if you want. Kids are awesome.

Cons

It's almost impossible to move on up and the pay is crap. It's a good temporary job. Admin is so far from reality of what are job is. I guess with power they forgot what it was like
