      Friendly people and flexible work arrangements, but manual tasks in QE

      Pros

      1. People are friendly 2. Work flexiblity, specially hybrid culture of coming to office just 1-2 days a week 3. you can get permanent wfh if you get int dev or if you get into QA then for 1 month every 3-4 months you can ask

      Cons

      1. QE teams have more manual work, if you want to do automation, you have to do in free time 2. Very delay in hike like 6-10 months. 3. Very less hike in case of promotion, it's just little above the usual hike
