      A truly global and tight-knit group of people who are very driven to make a meaningful difference in consumer trends. Flexibility.

      Cons

      There are high-stress periods when all hands are on deck as the manner of the business the company is in. (But also there are periods where there's the opposite where you can reflect). Not a 9-5 job (if that's a negative)
